Weekly Journey #2aBillion: Why Clarity Moved Everything Forward
Week of Nov 10–16, 2025
This week was about clarity.
Clarity in my tools. Clarity in my brand. Clarity in my work.
The One Thing I Focused On
I spent most of my week choosing the right system for my personal brand.
I tested MailChimp, MailerLite, Brevo and a few others.
I chose the tool that matched how I want to write, publish and grow.
This decision gave me more direction than I expected.
What Moved Forward
Cleaned the entire company email list
Removed blacklisted and bounced emails
Built a clean list I can trust
Sent my first newsletter to 1% of my list inviting people to Substack
Defined my flywheel: LinkedIn for reach, Substack for depth
Updated my Substack name to Clarity for Leaders
Small Moments That Made a Difference
We made a new hire this week.
Great energy.
Clear intention.
You can feel it immediately when someone walks in ready to contribute.
It lifts the whole team.
Changing my Substack name mattered too.
Clear Signal looked cool, but it was not me.
I kept forgetting it.
Clarity for Leaders is simple.
It speaks to founders, CEOs and executives.
The people I can help the most.
What I Learned
Choosing the right tools creates mental space.
Good energy from new people spreads fast.
Your brand becomes easier when you speak to the right audience.
Consistency comes from clarity, not pressure.
Something Interesting That Happened
I saved more than $10,000 dollars thanks to Perplexity.
One search.
Deep Research Mode.
Found nationwide promotions.
Used that information to negotiate with a local agency.
AI helps everywhere.
Even when comparing trucks for our next car.
A Quick Look at Finitless
We gained more clarity on the product.
We improved the scalability pieces.
We prepared for the demand we expect once we launch.
Every demo shows more of the magic moments we aimed for.
Sales and marketing goals became clearer too.
Structure brings calm.
Calm brings speed.
This week reminded me that clarity makes everything easier.
